WORKING HERE

Engineers Who Stay

Our median tenure is nine years. In an industry that churns, that is the number we are proudest of.
People stay because the work is genuinely technical and the feedback loop is short. A process engineer here sees their change run on a press the same week. A toolmaker watches the mold they cut produce two million parts. Nobody is three layers removed from the thing being made.
We hire for curiosity and hand it real responsibility early — including to apprentices, who run their own qualification projects from year two.
WHAT WE OFFER

Beyond The Salary

Specifics vary by site, role and local law, and are confirmed at offer stage. Broadly, these are the areas we invest in.

Continuous Training

Support for certifications from CMM operation to Six Sigma, with study time where a role calls for it.

Predictable Shifts

Rosters published in advance so you can plan around them. Shift swaps handled between colleagues, not escalated through management.

Health & Occupational Care

Occupational health support, with health cover and screening that vary by site and local law.

Performance Bonus

In strong years, a company performance bonus shared across the team.

Internal Mobility

Open roles are shared internally, and cross-site moves between Stuttgart, Plzeň and Querétaro can be supported.

Commuter Support

Commuter support that varies by site — which may include transport subsidies, secure cycle storage, and a bike leasing scheme.

VACANCIES

QUESTIONS

Before You Apply

For most engineering roles, no — our technical working language is English and a good part of the team is international. Shop-floor and shift roles do need conversational German for safety briefings and handovers. We can support language tuition for those who want to build on what they have.
For roles we cannot fill locally, we can sponsor visas and help with relocation — typically support with the visa process, relocation costs and initial accommodation — and our HR team works through the registration paperwork with you rather than handing you a checklist.
It depends honestly on the role. Simulation, program management and design roles often have some hybrid working. Tooling, molding, metrology and automation roles are on-site by nature — the machines do not travel.
Not at all. We have hired process engineers out of medical devices, packaging and aerospace, and the transfer is usually straightforward. What matters is that you have owned a process and can talk about what went wrong on it and what you did about it.
Send a speculative application through the contact page with a note on what you do. We keep them on file in line with our data-retention policy and do revisit them — several current colleagues joined that way, before the role they now hold existed.
